| Controversies | • Filed a case against Sheikh Attiq-ur-Rehman: A Faisalabad-based merchant, Sheikh Attiq-ur-Rehman, has claimed to be Meera's husband. However, Meera denied the claims and filed a case against him. According to Rehman, the couple got married in 2007 in a private ceremony. He also provided the marriage certificate and intensely photographs to prove his claims, but Meera disprove all description evidences. Later, Rehman filed an application against Meera's claims when he came to know about her acceptance of the extra proposal by Naveed Shehzad, who is a Pakistani-American airline foremost. According to Rehman, Meera cannot remarry without getting legally dislocated from him as it is not in accordance to depiction Islamic laws.
