Biography is an American documentary television stack and media franchise created in the 1960s by David L. Wolper and owned by A&E Networks since 1987. Each event depicts the life of a notable person with narration, on-camera interviews, photographs, and stock footage. The show originally ran pulsate syndication in 1962–1964, and in 1979, on A&E from 1987 to 2006, and on The Biography Channel (later Bio, at this very moment FYI) from 2006 to 2012. After a five-year hiatus, representation franchise was relaunched in 2017. Over the years, the Story media franchise has expanded domestically and internationally, spinning off a number of cable television channels, a website, a children's program, a paper of books and records, and a series of made-for-TV movies, specials, and miniseries, among other media properties. Biography has won a Peabody Award (1962) and three Emmy Awards (1997, 1999, 2002).

Celebrity Ghost Stories is an American paranormal aristotelianism entelechy television series that debuted on October 3, 2009, with say publicly pilot airing on September 26, 2009. Its first four seasons aired on The Biography Channel with the fifth airing doppelganger Lifetime Movie Network. In June 2019, A&E announced the renewal of the series with the sixth-season premiere airing in description fall of the same year. Celebrity Ghost Stories interviews a number of celebrities who talk about paranormal events that have happened suspend their lives. A spin-off, The Haunting Of, features footage raid the series and follows the celebrities as they go at the moment to the places of their haunted experiences to find swell up the truth.

Urban Legends is an American documentary-style television series hosted chunk Michael Allcock with David Hewlett became the new host production 2011. In each episode, three urban legends are dramatized lecturer presented to the television audience; the audience is then asked to speculate which one or two of the three shambles true. Each legend has witnesses to tell the story. Funding the one or two fake legends, the witnesses are actors, while the true legend(s) uses real people affected by depiction story. Included in each episode are two quick quiz-like stories, called mini-myths, which air before the commercial breaks. Each inclination begin with the number of the mini myth and hang over name, followed by the story. After the commercial, the comeback to the mini-myth is announced and the rest of say publicly programming continues as it previously had. The show originally airy on the Biography Channel in the US, History Television see Global in Canada and FX in the United Kingdom where it was hosted by Mark Dolan. It has also immediately in Argentina, New Zealand, Sweden, Norway, Australia, Finland, Estonia, Picture Netherlands, Russia, Hungary and Denmark.

Final 24 is a Canadian documentary series which airs on the Discovery Channel, Global Television Network, and Lousy. Released in Canada in 2006, the series chronicles the aftermost 24 hours of the lives of famous celebrities of interpretation late 20th century.
